Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of SyncNotionCal ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
SyncNotionCal is a two-way synchronization tool between a Notion database and a Google Calendar that you select. Changes made in either system are propagated to the other on a best-effort basis, typically within a minute.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including sync activity you authorize between Notion and Google Calendar. Keep your Google account credentials secure.
Subscription, billing, and trial
- The Service is offered on a recurring subscription at the price shown on the pricing page (currently US$9 per month).
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel during the trial at no charge.
- After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops further renewals; we do not pro-rate refunds for the current period unless required by law.
- We may change pricing for future renewals with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any third party's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the security of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service for the purpose of building a competing product.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Connect Notion or Google accounts you do not have the right to access.
Your content
Your Notion data and Google Calendar data belong to you. We access them only to provide the sync feature, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership over your data.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uptime. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Notion, Stripe, and others). Outages, rate limits, or API changes in those systems may temporarily affect sync. We will make a reasonable effort to resume normal operation as soon as possible.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every sync operation will succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncNotionCal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) US$50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SyncNotionCal harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing hi@syncnotioncal.com to request deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation of your account poses a security risk. On termination, we will erase your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. If the change is material, we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be brought exclusively before the courts of the Comarca de Campinas, State of São Paulo, Brazil, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
